The initial listing of the Linz Textil share on the Vienna Stock Exchange took place in 1872 under the name of "Actiengesellschaft der Kleinmünchner Baumwoll-Spinnereien und mechanischen Weberei". Linz Textil Holding AG is thus one of the oldest listed companies in Austria.
